What do you think defines a 'micropub'?

  1. A pub that concentrates on beer and people. It's all about the beer quality and conversation, not food or juke boxes or pool tables or stuff that's puffs up your visit and detracts from the basics. Done well (as at the Butchers) there's little to compare to the night you have out!

  2. small - good beer - overtly friendly landlord (ie he doesn,t tell you to ?!!** off when he's had enough) - lots of extremely friendly and forgiving locals - talking to each other not watching or listening to tv and above everything else - cheap !!

  3. Tardis
    Not neccessarily family friendly
    Certainly not foodie friendly
B is for Banter as well as for Beer
    Community
Self help and self abuse group
If you can't think of something nice to say about someone then say it.
